Return Policy

We wish to ensure your complete satisfaction while shopping with us. We will gladly accept the return of any unused item purchased on Kagcg.us.

Items must be returned to us, unopened (tamper seal sticker must still be sealed), within 14 days of the ship date. Please email us at info@kagcg.com for assistant. Please note we do not refund our original shipping cost.

Your refund will be in the form of an online store credit that you can use at any time on Kagcg.us. The electronic Gift Certificate will be emailed to the original recipient.

** International orders are not eligible for return

We cannot accept items that have been opened unless the product is damaged or defective. In case of damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for assistance via email. Please note, we require a photo of the damage including how it arrived in the shipping box within 48 hours of delivery of any damage.
